【职位职责】：
% u1 v9 H7 E! \4 R: F; S3 r5 i
+ T; Y- l$ R- j+ k; Q! M

• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive HR salesand knowledge.

• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points.

• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners.

• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors.

• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies.

• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers.

• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends.

• Always look for new ways to make products attractive tocustomers.

• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales.

• Degree holder in any discipline.

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage.

• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities.

• Customer service orientation, be approachable.

• Demonstrate clear ownership & accountability for owndeliverables. Results oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill,including the ability to make presentations.

• Comfortable to live with ambiguity.

• Self-motivated and challenge status quo for continuousimprovement.

• Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategiesand sales methods.

• Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that addresscustomers' needs and concerns.

• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
