【职位职责】:

+ T; Y- l$ R- j+ k; Q! M• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive HR salesand knowledge. 3 K5 X2 [- Y' b+ m; U" R- h* U! Y
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points. ! E* N4 ^% k+ j4 F
• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners. ) p- f3 a( S6 \( p, o& J
• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors. 2 a6 t8 z3 r9 \7 i
• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies. 9 Z) s5 ]4 C2 @# H
• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers.
- y% }/ |* n7 S5 s6 `• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends. # Q' `3 W* Q$ b0 Y6 K
• Always look for new ways to make products attractive tocustomers.

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese).

• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage.

• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail.
