8 w K0 Q5 g7 B1 ]+ U( \ s• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive HR salesand knowledge.
; i" a \; u, v5 B6 a4 X) d• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs and pain points. ( R' d4 `+ O6 q. Q
• Generate new leads and make sales appointments by meeting withclients and partners.
" |, {) d* W, A• Develop new HR related solutions for clients by partnering withdifferent universities / organizations, training institutions and individualmentors.
: D% ^5 }6 o0 N: j: i( w• Manage HR-related projects. • Work with the marketingdepartment to develop new sales strategies.
& }" L# X, Q4 t6 f5 E• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potentialcustomers.
% e: D/ k1 j9 K3 ~7 h9 M0 x$ g• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies, aswell as current industry trends.

• Establish and nurture relationships with past customers andpotential customers to facilitate sales.

• Min. 3-year experience in Sales, Account Management, orCustomer Service in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese(Mandarin / Cantonese). * \, O: m% }3 t
• Consultative selling experience or team management experiencewill be an advantage.

• Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail. R9 F! B" d, Z; j
• Ability to adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities.
